As with all our homes, we offer the choice of steel or timber frame, custom designed kitchen and cabinetry and a free colour consultation with our interior decorator.
Each cottage or flat is beautifully finished with quality fittings and white goods.
Special needs are catered for if requested (wheelchair access, ramps, bathroom fittings, etc).
We are able to connect to existing services and we endeavour to match your new flat to your existing home (includes free consultation with brick supplier).
Lateral Homes is able to advise you upon a site inspection, the most economical and advantageous way of adding additional housing to your existing property.
